Our Luke is officially two and we ushered in this momentous occasion with his 2nd baseball themed birthday party.
We love the Cubs theme, though not everyone might agree with our allegiance.
Andy as always was a very favored guest!
Luke loved us singing to him and was very excited to be the center of attention.
My brother had his DJ stand and we enjoyed lots of dancing and games along with a little bouncing. We did a lot of hula hooping, a little freeze dancing, and even "musical adults". I just love seeing the kids having so much fun.
Close to dusk we played one of our favorite movies, The Sandlot. We had a concessions stand/candy bar for the kids which they loved and everybody enjoyed this crowd-pleaser.
Kate was a hula hooping queen!
Megan had fun with all of her boyfriends!
Luke was right in the middle of everything! I caught him constantly trying to turn up the volume on the DJ booth and once in the living room breaking into his presents. He was opening them up exclaiming, "W0W!" It was really too cute.
It was an awesome night always made great by the wonderful friends and family that came and helped us celebrate our little Luke!
